英国 darc awards 是由两大国际建筑灯光杂志《arc》和《darc》联合主办，有“建筑与灯光设计界的奥斯卡”之称。
其中，darc awards 细分为6大类，分别为：最佳室外照明项目-低预算/高预算；最佳室内照明项目-低预算/高预算；最佳景观照明项目-低预算/高预算；最佳灯光艺术项目-低预算/高预算；最佳创意照明活动；最佳建筑照明产品-室外灯具/室内灯具/装饰性灯具。
其中，预算的高低以30,000英镑（灯具总价）为划分标准，这让规模较小的项目可以在更加公平的条件下参与竞争。
